The English Roses looked very sad. “I’m so sorry for Binah,” said Grace. “I can’t imagine living without my mum.”
“I hate cleaning floors,” said Amy. “And I don’t know anything about cooking.”
“Please let us go home to our cosy beds and our families,” asked Nicole.
“Yes, we want to go home,” said all the girls.
“OK,” said the fairy. “But in the future think well before saying that somebody has a better life than you. As I said before, I’m a very busy woman!” In a second, the English Roses were back in bed, sleeping.
When morning came, they got up, happy to be the same girls as before. They spoke about their dreams [dri:mz] and decided to be kinder to Binah and stop feeling unhappy about their lives.

First, they invited Binah to a tea party, and then started walking to school with her and not long after that, they were doing lessons together. Binah even taught them to make an apple pie. They soon understood that she was very nice.

Soon their neighbours started talking about them.
And this is what they said:
“Those English Roses are really special.”
“They are very beautiful girls!”
“They’ll become wonderful women one day.”
And you know what?
They did.

The English Roses decided to be kinder to Binah. They started spending time with her: invited her to a tea party, started walking to school with her, and did their lessons together. Binah taught them how to make an apple pie. They also began to love her like a sister and often went to her house to help with housework. All these joint activities helped them become friends.

Английские Розы решили быть добрее к Бине. Они начали проводить с ней время: пригласили ее на чаепитие, стали ходить с ней в школу и делать вместе уроки. Бина научила их печь яблочный пирог.
