Dear friends,

You probably don't know much about me, so here's a description of me and what I do. I'm seventeen years old and I live in Edinburgh. I don't go to school now because my job is full time. I travel every day, especially during the competition season.

I usually get up at seven o'clock and have breakfast at half past seven. I go to the gym and start training at eight o'clock. I always do warm up exercises for an hour, then I do circuit training. I stop training at about twelve o'clock then I have lunch. I don't eat very much. I have about an hour for lunch. In the afternoon I play some practice matches with my trainer or other professional players. I usually play for about three hours. I sometimes go swimming after training — it helps me relax.

I have dinner at seven o'clock, then in the evening I either watch TV or go out with friends. Sometimes we go to the cinema or to a club, but I always go to bed before half past eleven because I'm usually very tired.
