The Wilsons.

Diana Wilson's family is not very large. They live at number seventeen, High Street, in a small English town. There are five of them. Diana's granddad is seventy-five. He's older than the other members of the family. His full name is John Wilson. Mr. Wilson worked as a journalist when he was younger. He was rather famous in their small town.

John Wilson has a lot of friends who often come to see him. His best friend is his cousin, Peter Richardson, who is a photographer. When they meet, they usually discuss books, newspapers, and magazines. Peter doesn't live far from his friend and cousin. He has a small cottage with a tiny garden where he grows wonderful flowers. Peter and John are fond of travelling in the country. After their journeys, they often return with interesting stories about people they have met and places they have visited: ancient churches, old towers, and other buildings.

Diana likes to listen to their stories and look at Peter's photos, which are always great.

Diana's mother and father are shop assistants. Helen Wilson is a greengrocer. She works in a small local shop that sells vegetables and fruit. She likes her job. Her husband, Charles Wilson, who is John's son, works in a supermarket. He is a butcher. Charles is a tall, dark-haired man. He is strong. Helen and Charles are real friends. They always help each other. They have two children: Diana, who is thirteen, and Sam, who is fifteen. Sam is finishing school this year. He wants to become an architect. Diana and her brother are rather tall and good-looking. They have round faces. Diana's hair is long, but Sam has got short hair. They are good friends and good pupils. They like sport and ballet dancers. They are never tired to dance and are very good dancers. Their parents are proud of them. All the members of the family are nice and friendly people. They are very hospitable and often have guests.
