1 I live in Moscow. It is situated in the western part of Russia, on the Moskva River. It's a major political, economic, and cultural center, so it is a very industrial area. In the countryside near Moscow, people usually grow vegetables like potatoes and carrots, and fruits like apples and berries. (Я живу в Москве. Она расположена в западной части России, на реке Москва. Это крупный политический, экономический и культурный центр, так что это очень промышленный район. However, we have many large parks and green zones, like Gorky Park or Sokolniki, which help to make the air cleaner. The government is also trying to make the city greener. 6 Yes, I enjoy nature very much. There is a big park near my home. It's called Izmailovsky Park. I find it appealing because it's a huge forest right in the city. 10 When I meet my friends, we often go to a park to walk around and chat. Sometimes we go to the cinema if there is a new movie we want to see.
