I think on Remembrance Day, the British remember all the people, especially soldiers, who have died in wars to protect their country. They do this by holding a two-minute silence at 11 am on the 11th of November. They also wear red paper poppies, like the ones in the poem, to show they remember, and they lay wreaths of poppies at war memorials.

Я думаю, что в День памяти британцы вспоминают всех людей, особенно солдат, которые погибли в войнах, защищая свою страну. Они делают это, соблюдая двухминутное молчание в 11 часов утра 11 ноября.
