A: Hello Brenda. Here's that report you wanted.

B: Hi Cassie. Thanks. Actually, Cassie, I've been meaning to ask you about the gym you go to. Is it good? My doctor said I need to get more exercise, I spend too much time sat here in front of the computer.

A: It's great. I just signed up for Zumba classes.

B: What's that?

A: It's a mix of dance and aerobic exercise. It's lots of fun. I've got a class tonight. You should come with me after work and you can check out the place.

B: Sounds good.

Dialogue B

A: Hello, sir! How can I help you?

B: I'd like to sign up for some classes.

A: Of course. Are you a member?

B: No, I'm not. I usually go jogging in the park opposite my office but it's too cold this time of year.

A: Well, first I'll set you up with a membership card and then I'll get someone to give you a tour of our facilities and show you the equipment. They can also tell you about all the classes we offer.

B: Great, thanks.

Dialogue C

A: So, how are you feeling?

B: A little tired. I'm very busy at work and I've been having trouble sleeping.

A: That's not good. Well, your blood pressure is fine and you're heart sounds healthy. Are you getting any exercise?

B: I'm too tired at the end of the day.

A: I know it sounds strange, but some light exercise a couple of hours before you go to bed will actually help you sleep. I would suggest a jog in the park or you could use one of the running machines at the gym.

B: Ok, I'll give it a go.

Dialogue D

A: Hi, I'm here for the flamenco class. A colleague at work recommended it to me.

B: Welcome. Have you tried it before?

A: No, I haven't, so I was wondering, what will we be doing in the first class?

B: We'll start off with a little warm-up and then do some simple steps.

A: Am I dressed OK?

B: You're fine as long as you're comfortable. The important thing is the shoes, and yours are fine.
