Employees can work flexitime, which means that they decide the hours they work. People often work part-time and may have two or more jobs. Working from home is becoming an increasingly popular option as commuting to work becomes more of a problem. On the other hand, job security is a thing of the past.

G It is not the kind of job where you start at the bottom and work your way up – you either have the ability or you don't. They call him 'the Nose' and 'the Nose' has an impressive skill.
